South Fulton police are looking for a man they say was caught on camera exposing himself to a business employee on Wednesday evening. The worker recorded the encounter before the man ran off, and an exterior high-resolution security camera also captured him, according to investigators. Officers have identified the suspect as Robert Lee Harris and say items collected at the scene suggest the incident was planned.
Video Shows The Encounter, Officials Say
According to FOX 5 Atlanta, investigators identified the man in the footage as Harris. The outlet reports he was last seen wearing a light-colored hoodie and sweatpants near 5370 Campbellton Fairburn Road, where the employee recorded the interaction. Police also released still images from the high-resolution video in hopes that someone will recognize him.
Police Say Evidence Points To Premeditation
In a post on the department’s Facebook page, South Fulton Police shared several still images from the video and said officers found multiple bottles of baby oil at the scene. Those details led investigators to conclude “this wasn’t random…this was scheduled.” The post also states that the victim recorded the encounter before the suspect took off.
Police Ask For Tips
Authorities are urging anyone who knows where Harris might be to contact the South Fulton Police Department, according to South Fulton Police. Investigators did not say whether any charges had been filed as of Wednesday night.
Investigation Ongoing
South Fulton Police have provided images and details to the media and are continuing their search. Anyone who recognizes Harris or has information related to the case is asked to contact the department so officers can follow up.
