Bearden is getting a gym that is nearly the size of a small supermarket. A 46,819-square-foot Crunch Fitness is headed to 4581 Kingston Pike, with CR Fitness Holdings planning Crunch Bearden in the former Persian Galleries space and a projected opening in 2026. The high-traffic Kingston Pike corridor spot is slated to house multiple studios, a HIITZone, Olympic lifting platforms, and full-service locker rooms. Prospective members can already jump in on a presale that advertises discounted founder rates.
In a press release via PR Newswire, CR Fitness Holdings said the Bearden location will use Crunch’s 3.0 club design and include a hot studio, ride cycle studio, a dedicated glutes and abs studio, a functional training area,s and HydroMassage. According to the release, discounted presale rates begin at $9.99 per month with $0 enrollment fees, select membership options can save up to $60 annually, and the first 500 founding members will receive a free T-shirt and training discounts. The company also noted that the project will create local hiring and that it is on track to operate 110 Crunch locations nationwide by the end of 2026.
"We're proud to expand our Tennessee footprint with Crunch Bearden," CR Fitness CEO Tony Scrimale said in the release via PR Newswire. He added that the gym aims to be "high-energy" and welcoming to a broad range of fitness levels.
