Admiral's Cup, the longtime Fells Point bar that has anchored Baltimore's live music scene for decades, has officially sailed into Annapolis with a new waterfront outpost at City Dock. The two-story tavern fills the restored Stevens Hardware building at 142 Dock Street, serving bar-friendly shareables alongside seven-day-a-week live music and harbor views. Atlas Restaurant Group is positioning the spot as a restaurant first, with an eye on daytime dining, game-day crowds, and late-night entertainment.
New City Dock Location And Hours
According to Eye On Annapolis, the Admiral’s Cup layout spans both the first and second floors of the Stevens Hardware building. The reported hours run Sunday through Thursday from 12 p.m. to 12 a.m., with Friday and Saturday service stretching to 2 a.m. The outlet notes that the renovation keeps much of the building's historic character intact while adding two bars and a full kitchen.
Menu, Music And Happy Hour
Visit Annapolis reports that the menu leans into classic bar favorites, including wings, shareable pizzas, sandwiches and Maryland seafood, backed by a full drink lineup. The tourism site also highlights a happy hour program featuring lower-priced drafts and cocktails that is designed to appeal to both locals and visitors.
City Sign-Off And License
Per the City of Annapolis, "Admiral's Cup Annapolis" is listed at 142 Dock Street with a B-4 beer, wine and liquor license as of February 27, 2026, naming Dock Street Ventures, LLC as the licensee of record. That entry confirms the group has cleared the municipal permitting required to serve alcohol alongside the new food program.
From Fells Point To City Dock
The Admiral's Cup brand traces back to the longstanding Fells Point tavern that Atlas Restaurant Group bought in 2020, and the company has steadily expanded across Maryland since then. Baltimore Business Journal reported on the acquisition at the time, noting Atlas' plan to keep live music central to the concept while modernizing the overall offering.
Seen On Local TV
WBFF's Hometown Hotspot paid a visit to the Annapolis location in its March 9, 2026 morning segment, giving viewers a quick look at the dining room, stage setup and waterfront sightlines. WBFF Fox45 notes that the City Dock outpost will be serving food and live music as the warmer months arrive.
With daily live acts and a prime perch on the water, Admiral's Cup appears poised to become another late-night option on City Dock. Weekends are likely to fill up quickly as locals, Naval Academy visitors and seasonal crowds fold the newcomer into their regular downtown circuit.
