Commercial real estate listings for 6146 Macon Road describe the property as a freestanding retail parcel that previously operated as a Wendy’s. Those commercial records point to a smaller footprint than the figure referenced in the permitting paperwork, which may reflect different approaches to measuring the building or the lot.
