Tipsters can submit information anonymously through the P3 Tips mobile app, by texting "ETTips" to 738477, by calling the Crime Stoppers hotline at 877-363-8847, or by using the secure form on the organization's website. Per East Tennessee Valley Crime Stoppers' website, tips that lead to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
