Owner Ike Tzakis confirmed the relocation to 376 Revere Beach Blvd and said construction is already under way, according to What Now Boston. He told the outlet the Revere spot will feature a seaside patio and dedicated parking and that the menu will stretch beyond pizza to include seafood and sandwiches alongside Detroit‑style favorites. "We're excited about the opportunity to join the beach community," Tzakis said.
From the Pru to the beach
The Prudential Center outpost has already shut down while Descendant focuses on the move, according to NBC Boston, which republished reporting from Boston Restaurant Talk. Descendant debuted its first U.S. location at the Prudential Center in February 2025, starting in a mall food court before opting for a full coastal dining room.
