Celebrity chef Fabio Viviani is bringing his latest restaurant, Zingaro, to Madisonville, with an opening date of March 24 at 5380 Medpace Way on Medpace’s Madison Square campus. The concept leans hard into handmade pasta and an open kitchen, where diners can watch staff shape and cut fresh noodles right in front of them. Reservations are already being accepted, and the team is offering text invitations for the grand opening.
As reported by WKRC, Zingaro will occupy a retail space on Medpace’s campus and is set to welcome its first guests on March 24. WKRC also notes that the restaurant group behind the project, Fabio Viviani Hospitality, has opened more than 35 concepts nationwide and will run Zingaro alongside a neighboring European-style bar.
Menu and kitchen
“Growing up in Italy, every region has its own story told through food,” Viviani said, explaining that Zingaro’s menu will pull from regional Italian traditions. The restaurant plans an open kitchen so guests can watch staff shape and cut hand-made pasta as part of a travel-inspired lineup of rustic Italian flavors. Those details and Viviani’s comment appeared in a news release reported by WKRC.
Madisonville's dining push
Zingaro joins a wave of new dining options planned for the Madison Square development, including a large Japanese restaurant called Suzu and an expanded food-hall presence that local outlets say will change lunch and evening options in the neighborhood. According to FOX19, the restaurants are part of Medpace’s broader campus expansion in Madisonville.

Reservations are listed as open on OpenTable, and the restaurant’s site asks guests to text ZINGARO for updates and grand-opening invitations; Zingaro also lists the Madisonville address and contact details.
