Teen Driver Seriously Hurt, Both Vehicles Totaled

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said both vehicles were totaled and later towed from the scene. The Dodge driver, an 18-year-old woman from Bonne Terre, was taken to a hospital in south St. Louis County with serious injuries. Troopers noted that the Dodge driver was wearing her seat belt, while the Chevrolet driver was not, according to the patrol's report.
