Detectives with the Atlanta Police Department's Aggravated Assault Unit are handling the latest investigation, and officers have not yet released suspect information or a possible motive. Atlanta Police Department records show a June 22, 2025 double shooting at 1294 Donnelly Avenue SW in which two people were also found alert and breathing. APD is asking anyone with information or video from the area to contact its tip line.
