What police are asking
Detectives are asking anyone who witnessed the shooting or who may have captured video of the incident to contact Tempe police so they can better reconstruct the moments leading up to the gunfire, as Arizona's Family reports. For now, investigators say they do not believe there is an ongoing threat to the public, although residents and visitors in the area can expect an increased police presence while officers follow up on leads.
