What police say
As reported by KSTP, officers were dispatched to 16 15th Street East around 11:39 p.m. Saturday, where they found a man who had been shot. Police performed CPR before first responders transported him to the hospital. Investigators believe the victim had been outside the building when the shots were fired. Detectives say a potential suspect left the area in a vehicle, and the investigation remains ongoing.
