Menlo Park is about to get a martini cart to go with its tech offices. Causwells, the Marina-born bistro known for its cult burger, is opening a new outpost at the Springline development on Thursday, April 2, 2026, bringing an expanded cocktail program, weekend brunch and that tableside martini service to downtown.

According to Eater SF, the Menlo Park address is the latest addition to Springline’s lineup and is led by Causwells co-owners Adam Rosenblum and Elmer Mejicanos. The outlet notes that the team kept the signature burger on the menu while using the larger space to broaden both the food offerings and the drink list.

Where It Sits And When To Go

On its site, Causwells lists the Menlo Park location and hours and notes that reservations and online ordering are available. The restaurant's web presence also continues to highlight its San Francisco roots while promoting the new Silicon Valley outpost.

Martini Cart And A Bolder Bar Program

As reported by Eater SF, the team has rolled in a martini cart that circles the dining room with tableside versions of the filthy martini, the Causwells martini and a five-spice Sazerac. The filthy martini is mixed with olive-oil-washed vodka and smoked-olive brine, the Causwells martini pairs gin with white peach and eucalyptus, and the Sazerac features rye aged in a beeswax-lined barrel and finished with an absinthe bubble. The same piece notes that the expanded menu includes fried chicken with coleslaw, prime rib, baked oysters and brunch dishes such as breakfast jambalaya and andouille-sausage eggs Benedict.

Springline's Growing Dining Lineup

Springline presents itself as a curated mixed-use destination and highlights a collection of San Francisco-born restaurants that have taken space there. According to Springline and the City of Menlo Park, the development is designed to anchor downtown Menlo Park with tenants such as Che Fico Parco Menlo, Bubbelah, Burma Love and Robin, with Causwells now joining that collection.
