The city began its latest recruitment push Monday, inviting applications and resumes for roles such as computer technician, network administrator, police records clerk, and law director. Deadlines vary by position, and some jobs require testing or extra paperwork.
Open roles and deadlines
According to the City of Middletown, the Computer Technician and Network Administrator positions were posted last Friday, and both close on April 3. The Police Records Clerk role went up the same day but closes sooner, on March 27, and applicants for that job must take a written examination on Tuesday. The Law Director position has been listed since January 8 and is marked as open until filled.

In a Facebook post titled “Come join our team!”, the city directs job seekers to its online listings and asks that resumes be emailed to [email protected], according to Facebook. That post also flags additional opportunities, including maintenance and administrative jobs, and links back to full descriptions on the city website.
