
What started as a gathering of roughly 20 to 30 people in National City turned violent around 9:10 PM, when three people were stabbed near the corner of Plaza Boulevard and Highland Avenue, according to police. Two adults and one minor were wounded. One victim suffered serious injuries, but all three were reported to be in stable condition.
Officers arrived to find one person bleeding at the scene and provided first aid until paramedics took over, while two other victims were already at hospitals by the time police were notified, as reported by FOX5 San Diego. Investigators told the station that all three stabbings were tied to the same gathering and that the suspect is believed to be a man. Police said no arrests had been made at the time of reporting.
