Glow Coffee Studio, best known around the county as a bright roaming coffee trailer, is settling into a permanent space at Valley Plaza in Stillman Valley, with an April 2026 opening circled on the calendar. After months of popping up around Ogle County, the business plans to convert a unit on Wilson Street into its first brick and mortar shop.
Staff announced the store location at 102–116 Wilson Street and said the new shop will open in April, as reported by What Now. The outlet also identifies owner Kimberly Gutierrez and notes the trailer has been operating across Ogle County since December 2025. What Now reported that Gutierrez was not available for comment when reached by the outlet.
When the team launched last winter, a social post captured the mood: "Every cup and conversation has reminded us why we started this journey," as reported by What Now. Since then, the mobile menu has featured seasonal drinks, with iced strawberry matcha and an ice churro latte among them, plus a cookie-batter latte and savory options such as biscuits and gravy and pastries. Glow has not yet published a final, revised menu for the new shop.
Glow’s own website advertised "MOBILE COFFEE COMING TO OGLE COUNTY DECEMBER 2025," confirming the trailer launch and the Davis Junction base for the business, according to Glow Coffee Studio. The Village of Stillman Valley business directory lists Valley Plaza at 102–116 Wilson Street, matching the location named in recent coverage, and describes it as a commercial rental block on Wilson Street. The 102–116 Wilson Street building is marketed as a multi-unit commercial block, with listings showing several small spaces that could make sense for a trailer operator moving into a storefront. A recent commercial listing describes the address as a mixed-use retail and office property with multiple units, which can cut the cost and complexity of a full buildout for a first shop, according to Realty.com.
What To Expect Next
Glow has not announced an exact opening date beyond the April window and has not posted a full dine-in menu yet, so customers will need to watch the company’s official channels for a firm date and full lineup. Glow’s website lists contact information and ordering links and will likely be one of the first places the owner posts a soft-open schedule. In the meantime, the trailer will probably keep showing up at community events as the team gets the storefront ready, according to Glow Coffee Studio.
