
St. Paul police are investigating an overnight shooting that left one man dead and another person critically injured, with homicide detectives on scene working to figure out what led to the violence.
According to CBS Minnesota, officers found two victims at the scene and confirmed that a male victim died while a female victim was taken to the hospital in critical condition. The department had not released the victims' names or any suspect description, and the case remained active as investigators canvassed the area for leads, CBS Minnesota reported.
