According to Rosso Commercial Real Estate Services, the firm represented the sellers and coordinated the parcel assembly. Broker Glenn Ulick of Lee & Associates represented the franchisee’s development arm in the purchase.

Local reporting says the shop is slated for the busy Ritchie Highway and Marley Station Road intersection, across from the mall, and is tentatively scheduled to open at the end of 2026, according to WBAL.
