Citadelle Center in Glendale’s Arrowhead Ranch has been quietly filling up this spring, with a family-owned Italian restaurant joining new mental health and aesthetic clinics. The additions track a broader trend of lifestyle centers that bundle dining, wellness and medical services in one stop. For nearby residents and Loop 101 commuters, the new tenants turn the plaza into a handier place to grab a meal and squeeze in an appointment.
Center Rolls Out New Tenants
The property owner and local business outlets report that Pizzicata, Fit Mind Wellness and Estetika Beauty Clinic are now on the Citadelle tenant list. As reported by What Now Phoenix, the center at the northwest corner of Utopia Road and 59th Avenue is expanding its mix of dining, fitness, medical and beauty offerings. The Citadelle Center page from YAM Properties confirms the location and shows a tenant roster that includes both the new arrivals and long-time neighbors like Zipps Sports Grill and Pure Barre Glendale.
Pizzicata Brings Italy To The Citadelle
The Glendale outpost of Pizzicata serves Neapolitan-style pizza, Roman pinsa and house-made pastas under the leadership of founders Federico Venturini and Chef Viola Tagliaferri, according to Pizzicata Glendale. The restaurant’s site notes that the Citadelle location opened in December 2025 and features a private “Luxury Private Kitchen Bistro” that is reserved for chef-driven experiences by reservation only. The brand already operates in Carefree and Mesa and has drawn local press attention for its pinsa and chef-focused menus.
New Mental Health And Aesthetic Services
Fit Mind Wellness lists a Glendale office at Citadelle that offers evaluations, counseling and trauma-focused care, including EMDR therapy, according to the clinic’s website. City of Glendale business records also show Fit Mind Wellness registered at the Citadelle address, backing up the local presence. Estetika Beauty Clinic, led by RN Jelena Radumilo, advertises aesthetic services, injector training and a suite at 19420 N 59th Ave on its contact page.
What This Means For Arrowhead Ranch
YAM Properties highlights Citadelle’s proximity to Midwestern University and the Loop 101 as a key draw for tenant foot traffic. With its mix of dining, fitness studios, medical offices and beauty services, the plaza now offers more reasons to stop by on a Tuesday afternoon, not just on a Saturday shopping run. That strategy mirrors leasing patterns across the Valley, where property owners are increasingly pairing restaurants with wellness and service tenants to help smooth out weekday traffic, as local industry coverage has noted.
“Citadelle Center continues to evolve as a place where people can dine, recharge, prioritize wellness and take care of everyday needs all in one location,” Marta Kenny, director of operations at YAM Properties, said in a statement to What Now Phoenix. Residents can find hours, menus and appointment information on each tenant’s site.
