Berry Divine Acai Bowls has signed a lease for a shop at the mixed-use development and is targeting a fall 2026 opening, the company and the city confirm. The Sedona-born soft-serve açaí concept is slated for the Civic Square side of the project, near City Hall, the library and the new park, adding another quick-service, health-leaning option as GSQ fills out its dining and retail mix.
Goodyear’s official news page lists Berry Divine among several incoming Civic Square tenants that also include Paris Baguette and Handel’s Ice Cream, according to City of Goodyear. RED Development managing partner Mike Ebert has described the growing restaurant and retail lineup as part of GSQ’s evolution into a “true town center” for the West Valley, per ABC15. Berry Divine says the brand was founded in Sedona by Todd Shreve and his daughter Jessica Ebarb and that it opened its first shop in 2014.
