Police Seek Tips
According to NYPD Crime Stoppers, the incident happened at about 6:40 a.m. on Friday, March 27, as the victim walked on a staircase inside the Pelham Bay Park station. The unidentified man allegedly punched the 47-year-old in the face, then fled the scene on a southbound 6 train. The wanted alert went out on April 7.

Pelham Bay Park is the northern terminal of the IRT Pelham Line, located at the intersection of Bruckner Boulevard and Westchester Avenue in the Bronx, per Wikipedia. The elevated station is served by the 6 train at all times and connects to multiple bus routes, making it a busy transfer point for commuters starting and ending their day.
