Vancouver is about to get its own Double-Double. In-N-Out Burger will open a new restaurant at 13511 S.E. 3rd Way on Thursday, April 23, bringing the California chain’s cult-favorite burgers to the Mill Plain area. The spot will seat 84 guests indoors, add a 28-seat patio, and employ more than 100 associates with a starting wage of $19.25 per hour. Doors open at 10:30 a.m., and the restaurant will stay open until 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 1:30 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
In a press release, In-N-Out confirmed the opening date, the single drive-thru lane and the overall staffing plan, details that were first reported locally by KATU. The company added that hiring will not stop at opening day and that it expects to keep recruiting new associates in the months ahead.

The Vancouver restaurant appears on In-N-Out’s list of locations marked as “opening soon,” part of a broader multistate rollout highlighted in a USA TODAY roundup that was republished by AOL. That report listed the Vancouver address among several upcoming openings the company has recently posted.

In-N-Out openings tend to pull in big crowds, and local officials often step in with traffic plans to keep the burger buzz from turning into gridlock. When the company opened Washington’s first location in Ridgefield on Aug. 20, 2025, city leaders created staging areas and temporarily adjusted traffic patterns to keep drive-thru lines off public roads, according to KIRO7.
