Scout Living at Ponce City Market, a 405-unit flexible-stay tower that opened on Sept. 30, 2024, is now officially part of Hilton’s new Apartment Collection. The shift plugs the building into Hilton’s global booking channels and lets guests earn and redeem Hilton Honors points for stays. For Atlanta, it pulls a high-profile Jamestown project into one of the world's largest hospitality distribution systems and could expand the property's visibility for both corporate and leisure travelers.

Hilton’s Apartment Collection site now lists "Scout Living PCM - Placemakr Atlanta" among its Apartment Collection locations, a detail visible on the brand’s page at Hilton. The Atlanta Business Chronicle first reported the Scout Living addition.

How the Hilton tie-in works

Hilton announced the Apartment Collection on Jan. 15, 2026, saying the initial U.S. rollout would launch in partnership with flexible-living operator Placemakr and be bookable through Hilton's channels in the first half of 2026, according to a company release on Business Wire. That announcement said the Placemakr partnership could add as many as 3,000 apartment-style units to Hilton’s inventory. Placemakr's site also lists Scout Living among its Atlanta locations and outlines the operator's flexible, furnished-apartment model.

Inside Scout Living

Developed by Jamestown and managed by Placemakr, Scout Living was conceived as a hospitality-living tower, with fully furnished one- and two-bedroom units and shared amenities such as a rooftop pool and reservable workspaces. Jamestown set the project at 405 units, and the building opened to guests on Sept. 30, 2024, according to a tour and report by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Units are designed for stays ranging from a single night to monthslong residencies and include full kitchens, in-unit laundry and digital check-in features.

What this means for Atlanta

Bringing Scout Living into Hilton’s distribution system could funnel more transient and corporate bookings to Ponce City Market, especially from travelers who gravitate to loyalty programs. The Apartment Collection participates in Hilton Honors and will be bookable on Hilton.com during the brand's rollout, which Hilton said will start in the first half of 2026, according to Business Wire.

Placemakr says existing reservations remain unchanged and that listings will appear on Hilton channels as the brand goes live. Full details are available on Placemakr's site and Hilton’s Apartment Collection page. For Atlanta real-estate watchers, the move highlights the ongoing blending of multifamily development and hospitality that has been reshaping Ponce City Market as Jamestown advances its second phase.
