James Beard Award winning chef Timothy Hollingsworth is bringing his French inspired brasserie Hundredfold to The Battery Atlanta this fall, giving the ballpark side neighborhood another full service spot right outside Truist Park. The restaurant will open inside Five Ballpark Center, the office tower within the mixed use district, and is intended to draw diners beyond just game days. The move follows Hundredfold’s debut at Belmont Park Village in New York last summer and marks the brand’s first Southern outpost.
Where it will be
Hundredfold is slated to open inside Five Ballpark Center, part of the 800 Battery Avenue Southeast complex built around Truist Park. The timing and location were outlined in a news release covered by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. With offices, shops and entertainment already packed into The Battery, the brasserie is poised to serve both game day crowds and weekday office workers.
Who’s behind it
The restaurant is a collaboration between Hollingsworth and Patina Group, the restaurant arm of Delaware North that runs hospitality operations at stadiums and cultural institutions across the country, according to Patina Group. Patina describes Hundredfold as an American brasserie that applies French technique to familiar comfort dishes. In the company announcement, Patina president John Kolaski said the goal is to create a dining destination that “feels like home, but better.”
What to expect on the menu
At its New York launch, Hundredfold’s menu leaned into comfort food with a French twist, featuring dishes like croque madame, steak frites, a nostalgic French bread pizza and a playful lobster roll, as reported by Eater NY. The cocktail program is framed as polished and classic with a nod to French elegance. The overall vibe is described as elevated yet welcoming, a place suited for brunch, a quick bar bite or a full evening out, according to Hundredfold.
Why it matters for The Battery
Hundredfold adds to The Battery’s growing roster of chef driven restaurants as the development works to keep foot traffic steady year round, not just when the Braves are at home. Braves Development Company billed the brasserie as a “distinct and complementary” addition to the district that should appeal to both fans and office tenants, according to the announcement reproduced by Holy City Sinner. For diners, it is another option designed to work whether you are coming in for a game, a meeting or a night out.
Opening timeline and hiring
Patina and Delaware North say Hundredfold is on track for a fall 2026 opening, and hiring has already started for the Atlanta outpost. The company’s careers portal lists a general manager position for Hundredfold at The Battery, signaling that leadership is being put in place ahead of opening; the role is posted on Delaware North. A firm opening date and reservation details are expected as the build out nears completion.
