The stall will host a soft opening next Wednesday, April 8, serving from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with a full-fledged grand opening still to come. On the menu: herb-heavy bowls, tacos and handhelds built around plant-based proteins and grains.
According to FOX19, Herbistro is the latest concept from Cincinnati’s HerbanVegans group and will roll out sliders, build-your-own bowls, smoothies and tacos when doors open. FOX19 reports that the Gatherall describes Herbistro as “chef-driven and globally inspired,” and notes that the team plans to keep its catering, corporate programs and culinary immersion experiences going alongside the new operation. The outlet also points out that Herbistro is stepping into the stall formerly occupied by Melt Revival.

Replacing Melt Revival
