Hospitality veteran Justin Audibert is rolling out an all-day café called All Day at Parc Lafayette, eyeing a late-May opening. The spot is designed to run from morning espresso service through dinner with a full cocktail program, aiming to cover everything from grab-and-go coffee to remote-work mornings and date-night dinners.
Audibert told What Now New Orleans that All Day is meant to offer "four or five different times" to visit in a single day, with experiences that shift from breakfast and laptop-friendly mornings to happy hour and dinner. The outlet reports the kitchen will pull flavors from Asian, Mexican, Italian and American traditions, with "some Cajun" touches, and that the space will feature both an espresso bar and a full bar.
Menu And Drinks From Sunrise To Nightcap
Preview coverage highlights crowd-pleasers like shrimp and grits, lobster rolls, crab cake benedict and chilaquiles, plus shareable plates such as queso flameado and bacon-wrapped crab-stuffed shrimp. Developing Lafayette also reports the kitchen will prioritize gluten-free fry options and allow menu modifications to help reduce cross-contamination. Audibert told What Now New Orleans that the beverage program will lean on "fresh-squeezed juices, scratch-made syrups, and liquors that are infused in-house" so the space can slide naturally from coffee service into cocktails.
Moving Into The Former SoLou Address
All Day is slated for a storefront at 1905 Kaliste Saloom Road inside Parc Lafayette, a mixed-use shopping and dining center. That footprint matches the location SoLou previously attached to its Lafayette expansion, according to Parc Lafayette. Being tucked among retail and hotel properties could help the café draw steady traffic across breakfast, lunch, happy hour and dinner.
Audibert’s Experience Sets The Table
Audibert runs Justin Audibert Hospitality and frames All Day as a chance to channel nearly two decades of restaurant and staffing experience in Louisiana and Texas into a full-service operation. His consultancy emphasizes menu development, staffing and concept strategy, and he says those tools are shaping how All Day will be programmed and staffed. If everything comes together, the café is aiming to be both a morning stop for commuters and a destination for evening cocktails.
Opening Timeline And How To Keep Tabs
Local previews point to a tentative late-May opening, with more details expected on All Day’s own site and through Parc Lafayette’s channels. Developing Lafayette noted the projected timeline, and watchers will be looking for a firm date, finalized menus and any opening events as the debut approaches.
