
A 41-year-old man was stabbed in the back just before dawn Saturday in Borough Park, drawing officers to a street corner near Fort Hamilton Parkway and 39th Street, police said. He was taken to Maimonides Medical Center, where he is expected to recover.
Police: Search Underway For Suspect
According to News12 New York, officers responded to calls shortly before 3 a.m. and found the victim at the intersection with a stab wound to his back. EMS rushed him to Maimonides, and authorities told the outlet he is expected to be OK.
Police sources told the station that the suspect took off on foot and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants. No arrests had been made as of Saturday morning, and the investigation is ongoing.
