Manchester police say they were called around 5:40 p.m. Monday to a business at 1050 South Willow Street, the address listed for an Alltown Mobil, after multiple 911 reports of an injured man. When officers arrived, they found a person outside with an apparent stab wound. The victim was taken to Elliot Hospital, where he later died, according to NBC Boston.
Autopsy Planned As Officials Call Death Suspicious
The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office and Manchester police say they are treating the case as a “suspicious death.” An autopsy by the chief medical examiner was scheduled for Tuesday morning, as reported by WMUR. Officials said the circumstances remain under active investigation, and no arrests had been announced early Tuesday.
Witnesses Rush To Help As Police Mark Scene
Bystanders were seen trying to control heavy bleeding and performing CPR on the victim while officers placed multiple evidence markers across the gas station parking lot, local reports said.
