The spot is locally owned by Edmond residents Jesse and Mona Kang and brings a buffet, arcade games and space for group events to the neighborhood. A ribbon-cutting with the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce marked the grand opening.

The new Edmond restaurant is owned and operated by Jesse and Mona Kang, who also run Mountain Mike’s Midwest City outpost, according to Journal Record. "As Edmond residents, opening this location is incredibly meaningful for our family," Mona Kang told Journal Record. The opening included a ribbon-cutting alongside the Edmond Area Chamber of Commerce.
What the Edmond Location Offers
The Edmond shop serves Mountain Mike’s signature specialty pizzas, wings, salads and shareable sides, with dough made fresh daily, whole milk mozzarella and the brand’s curly pepperoni, according to Mountain Mike’s Pizza. Chain’s Oklahoma Growth
Mountain Mike’s first entered Oklahoma with a Midwest City location in November 2025, part of a multi-unit development plan by the same franchisees, QSR Magazine reported. That Midwest City debut signaled a push into the South Central market and set the stage for additional shops in the greater OKC area. The Edmond opening keeps that expansion rolling.
