West El Paso just scored a new brunch headquarters. The Toasted Yolk Cafe has opened on West Mesa, bringing the national brunch chain to the city’s northwest side with daily hours from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. On the menu: the brand’s signature egg-heavy plates and those made-for-Instagram pancakes.
According to The Toasted Yolk, the El Paso cafe launched soft-opening events this week at 5860 North Mesa St., Ste. 133–135, and lists a contact number for the store. The location page also names the Officer Jacob Arellano Foundation as a partner for its soft opening and shows both a waitlist and a reservation option as staff finish training.
Franchise operators Charity Vigil, Elaine Morales, Alyssa Morales, and Jacob Vigil are behind the El Paso opening, as reported by KTSM 9 News. The outlet noted that franchise reps describe the concept as brunch-first, and that the El Paso restaurant is currently the chain’s furthest-west location.
Menu And Grand-Opening Deals
“The Toasted Yolk is primarily brunch and focuses a lot on eggs Benedict and its 'yolks,'” franchise spokesperson Zachary Perez told KTSM 9 News. The outlet highlighted dragon-fruit pancakes, a double-decker omelet, and even a puppy menu for four-legged brunch tagalongs.
According to KTSM 9 News, the cafe is also rolling out daily grand-opening promos: Toasted Tuesday shot specials, free French toast sticks per table on Wednesday, free banana peppers on Thursday and half-price mimosas on Friday.
Community And Events
The brand’s El Paso listing notes that the restaurant will offer "Toasted After Dark" rentals for after-hours celebrations and will partner with local charities during its soft-opening events, per The Toasted Yolk. The page also includes a contact number and a waitlist option while reservations fully roll out and staff training wraps up.
The Toasted Yolk launched in 2010 and has expanded through franchising, with industry listings showing the brand at dozens of locations as it pushes deeper into Texas, according to FranchiseOverview. Local diners can reach the El Paso cafe at (915) 500-1044 with questions about hours or reservations.
