According to the Cincinnati Business Courier, the Java Jackets owner has closed the North Bend storefront and is now operating the bakery on the West Side under the Happy Flour Sweets name. The plan includes a new retail shop in Miami Heights, while the main production bakery remains in Miami Township.
The acquisition also pulled in Regina’s smaller Cheviot shop, and the new operator told the Cincinnati Business Courier it expects to roll out a cafe-style menu in the fall.

Regina Bakery has been a West Side mainstay since 1964, and, under Tom and Robin Davis since 1980, it carried generations of birthday cakes, wedding orders, and Sunday pastries. The Davises announced in August 2025 that they would close both stores as they retire, WCPO reported.
