Newly released renderings show Nobu Residences taking shape at 619 Brickell, a Nobu-branded bayfront tower pitched as one of Brickell’s boldest luxury plays. The images reveal a slender, glass-wrapped high-rise with broad terraces and a pronounced focus on wellness, hospitality and private dining. Developers and marketing materials present the project as a nearly 300-unit, ultra-luxury stack, with prices starting in the low millions and reaching into the tens of millions for penthouses.
According to Nobu Hospitality, the tower is being marketed as roughly 74 stories with about 300 residences and more than 90,000 square feet of resident amenities. Nobu Hospitality says the property will feature a full-scale Nobu restaurant at street level, along with dedicated in-residence dining and other Nobu-operated services. The project page names Foster + Partners with Sieger-Suarez Architects as the design team.
The latest public renderings, posted this week, depict the tower as five twisting “cassettes” stacked to maximize water exposure, with continuous wraparound balconies and floor-to-ceiling glazing. As reported by Florida YIMBY, that coverage lists the project at 75 stories and 296 residences and lays out pool terraces, padel courts and other amenities highlighted in the images. The same article points to an 11th-floor residents-only Nobu restaurant, in addition to a private dining room tied to the ground-floor Nobu.
In a press release distributed via PR Newswire, Nobu CEO Trevor Horwell called 619 Brickell “the next evolution of Nobu's lifestyle vision,” with developers framing the tower as a landmark suited to Brickell’s skyline. The release reiterates Foster + Partners as lead architect and confirms 13th Floor Investments and Key International as development partners. It also positions Nobu not just as a logo on the tower but as the operational hospitality manager for the residences.
Design and amenities
Sales materials and local coverage spotlight an amenity package that developers label “unprecedented” for Brickell, totaling more than 90,000 square feet. Plans include an 86-foot sunset pool, hot and cold plunge pools, a rejuvenation salt pool, a lap pool and an outdoor spa garden. PROFILEmiami reports a $25 million Nobu Wellness & Longevity Spa, complete with cryotherapy and hyperbaric suites, and notes that pricing is expected to begin around $3 million and run up to roughly $60 million. Florida YIMBY details additional features such as padel courts, game rooms and sports simulators spread through the tower. The overall package is being sold as a full hospitality ecosystem, where in-residence dining, private chef services and resident-only Nobu venues are central to the pitch.
Price and market positioning
Marketing materials and trade writeups position 619 Brickell at the very top of Brickell’s luxury ladder, with pre-launch information and local reporting pointing to multimillion-dollar entry prices and trophy-level numbers for upper floors. Broker materials outline unit types and early pricing, while industry coverage characterizes the tower as a branded residence targeting global buyers and finance professionals anchored in Brickell. Construction Review highlights the project’s waterfront site and notes that sales are slated to be led by Key International and 13th Floor Investments.
Timeline and next steps
The project’s marketing site indicates a May 2026 launch for sales and pre-launch registration, although neither the brand’s press release nor developer-facing materials specify a firm construction schedule or delivery date. 619 Brickell invites interested buyers to register for priority access, while the PR announcement serves as the formal public debut ahead of further development and scheduling updates. Neighbors and prospective buyers are told to expect more detailed timing as the team moves toward opening a dedicated sales gallery and formally kicking off the wider sales campaign.
