What happened
Around 9:30 p.m., law enforcement from the Edmond Police Department, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and other agencies responded to the area east of East 15th Street and Air Depot. Officers established a presence near the lake's eastern access points, and several ambulances were observed leaving the scene. According to KOCO, the incident remained an active, developing situation late into the night.
