St. Cloud’s HuHot Mongolian Grill is calling it quits after a short run on Division Street. The restaurant will close for good at the end of business on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25, and has told customers that gift cards and Value Connection certificates must be used before that date. No public reason for the shutdown has been given.

According to WJON, the St. Cloud HuHot will stop serving customers after May 25. The location has urged diners to redeem any gift cards and Value Connection certificates before the doors close. WJON’s May 14 report notes that HuHot did not explain the closure.
From Mongo’s To HuHot
City of St. Cloud records show that the liquor license for 3701 West Division Street shifted from Mongo’s Grill to CCW Minn LLC, doing business as HuHot Mongolian Grill, following approval at an Oct. 7, 2024, city council meeting. The city’s economic development site reported that HuHot opened on Sept. 18, 2024, taking over the former Mongo’s space.
