The report identifies the driver as 58-year-old Martha Allen Deese of Trumann and states that her 2017 Chevrolet was attempting to turn left when it struck a southbound 2002 Peterbilt. Deese was seriously injured in the impact and taken to Regional One Health in Memphis, where she died, according to KAIT.
