Local reporting says the store reopened in May under a new franchisee, Dennis Zoma, CEO of Hospital Retail Solutions, which runs other quick service concepts. That detail was first reported by the St. Louis Business Journal and relayed by KSDK. The shop is listed at 6 Cardinal Way in Ballpark Village and appears in local design and commercial materials from MOA Architecture. Starbucks licenses many of its locations to local operators, who buy branded products and supplies and pay a royalty on retail sales instead of the company owning every café outright.
