Youngsville beer fans eyeing the Savoy Road strip center have a new reason to get curious. Fête Brewing, a Colorado-inspired microbrewery, is building out a compact taproom in the retail row that includes Marco's Pizza, promising on-site brewing and low-key neighborhood events over mass distribution. Construction is already underway, but the owners have not circled a public opening date yet.
According to Fête Brewing, the brewery is taking over Suites 4 and 5 at 1001 Savoy Rd in Youngsville, with tentative afternoon and evening hours listed on the site. A Build Progress page tracks the fit-out, complete with photos of a nearly finished bar top, and the company nudges would-be regulars to watch its social media feeds for timeline updates.
As reported by Developing Lafayette, Fête was founded by New Orleans native and longtime homebrewer David LaFranca, who sharpened his skills while living in Colorado. The outlet notes that the brewery plans to install a seven-barrel system capable of roughly 200 gallons per batch and expects to debut with five to six house beers. Styles are slated to range from Kölsch-style ales, pale ales and hop-forward IPAs to lagers and darker offerings, including a black lager and an oatmeal milk stout. The business does not plan to serve food and instead will lean on nearby restaurants in the same development.

Inside the taproom, customers will not have to guess where their pint came from. Large stainless steel fermentation tanks will be visible throughout the space, Developing Lafayette reports. The owners are aiming to program bike nights, game nights and other social gatherings to make the spot feel like a neighborhood hangout. With its small-batch setup and open brewhouse, the concept is geared toward a hands-on taproom experience rather than a high-volume production facility.
