A fatal crash shut down the 6600 block of Michigan Avenue in south St. Louis on Wednesday afternoon, leaving one person dead and the street closed for hours as investigators worked the scene.
According to FOX 2, the collision happened around 3:30 p.m. and resulted in one confirmed death. Emergency crews rushed to the area while police began locking down the roadway and collecting evidence.
