A lunchtime trip to a downtown Atlanta storefront turned violent when, police say, a woman in a yellow bandana repeatedly hit a man with her fists, a stick, and an orange high-heel shoe, leaving him with visible head injuries before she sped off in a black Kia SUV.
Surveillance Shows Inside-Store Attack
According to FOX 5 Atlanta, the assault happened around 1:13 p.m. on May 21 on the 200 block of Forsyth Street SW. Surveillance video from inside the neighborhood shop reportedly shows the woman walking up to the victim, then striking him multiple times, including with the orange heel. The victim suffered visible injuries to his head, and the woman left the scene in a black Kia SUV.
Investigators have not yet identified the suspect or determined the SUV’s license plate, and, according to the same report, they have not released any information about a possible motive or whether the two knew each other.

Tipsters can remain anonymous, and tips that lead to an arrest and indictment may be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000, according to the department.
Suspect’s Look and Getaway Vehicle
As described by FOX 5 Atlanta, the woman captured on video wore a yellow bandana and used an orange high-heel shoe during the assault before taking off in a black Kia SUV. Investigators have not determined the vehicle’s tag number.
Ongoing Investigation
Investigators say they are reviewing surveillance footage and following up on leads. The Atlanta Police Department is also asking residents and businesses near the 200 block of Forsyth Street SW to check their own security cameras for any video from May 21 that might show the suspect or the black Kia SUV.
