Responding officers found a 14-year-old boy at the scene with a gunshot wound to his knee, according to CBS Minnesota. Around the same time, a man showed up at Regions Hospital with a gunshot wound, and another man arrived at the hospital roughly two-and-a-half hours later with a wound to his hand.
Police told the outlet that preliminary information indicates a large group was in the middle of a basketball game when shots rang out. The case remains under investigation, and detectives are still sorting through how many people may have been involved and what led up to the gunfire.
