Filipino comfort food has officially parked itself in Pahrump. Oh My Lumpia!, a Filipino restaurant that also doubles as a small Filipino-Asian convenience shop, has traded its tent and food truck life for a permanent spot at 2301 Winery Road, Suite 106. Owner Lily Yates now dishes out lumpia, adobo, pancit and halo-halo alongside pantry staples so local cooks are not making the long haul into Las Vegas just to stock their kitchens.
From Tent Pop-Up To Food Truck To Permanent Home
According to the Pahrump Valley Times, Yates launched Oh My Lumpia! about three years ago as a tent pop-up, then spent roughly two years operating a food truck before landing the current brick-and-mortar location. "It's growing, so we're getting more and more customers," she told the outlet, describing the steady stream of early support.
Paperwork, Permits And An Official Start Date
Records from the Pahrump Business License Department list Oh My Lumpia! on the June 2026 active business roster with a business start date of March 5, 2026. The county categorizes the business under retail dining and confirms that the restaurant is licensed in Nye County.
What’s On The Menu And When To Go
The storefront’s lineup includes crispy pork belly, pancit, sisig, and both chicken and pork adobo. Customers will also find savory and sweet lumpia, including turon, with halo-halo closing out the meal for dessert. Oh My Lumpia! typically offers Spam musubi, and on Saturdays there is a breakfast special of longganisa with an egg and rice for $5. The shop is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., as reported by the Pahrump Valley Times.
Building A Local Following Beyond The Shop
Yates and her crew have also been popping up at local fundraisers and community gatherings, keeping the Oh My Lumpia! name visible beyond the storefront walls. Coverage of a community fundraiser lists the restaurant among the food vendors, highlighting its growing role in the valley’s food scene, according to Pahrump Valley Community News.
For updates on the menu, catering options and current hours, customers can call 775-764-7907 or check Oh My Lumpia!’s Facebook page. Yates has said she hopes the shop will grow alongside Pahrump and help anchor the region’s developing Filipino food scene.
