A single-vehicle wreck on Memphis-Arlington Road in Lakeland turned deadly Thursday when a car flipped, killing the driver, according to the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies found the man outside an overturned vehicle, and he did not survive the crash.
Investigators believe the vehicle left the roadway and hit a culvert, which caused it to flip, according to FOX13 Memphis. The crash was reported on Memphis-Arlington Road near Chambers Chapel Road, FOX13 notes.
