Graze Craze has slipped into Murfreesboro with a quiet opening at The Fountains at Gateway, bringing its franchised charcuterie concept to a busy pocket of town near the medical center. The new pickup-and-catering counter is built around made-to-order grazing boards, picnic boxes, and single-serve snack cups, all aimed at making life easier for Rutherford County hosts who would rather not spend the afternoon styling salami.
According to Rutherford Source, the storefront opened on Friday and is rolling out several signature spreads, including the Gone Grazey board, the Vegegrazian vegetarian option, and a Sweet & Grazey dessert setup. The outlet reports that each comes in multiple sizes, with gluten-free choices available, and that orders can be picked up, catered, or sent out for delivery through DoorDash, Grubhub, and Uber Eats. The displays are assembled by in-house "Grazologists" who build each board by hand.
Local co-owner Taylor Castranova told Rutherford Source that "our careers have always centered around creating experiences people remember." Her husband and co-owner, Dishon, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, said the business grows out of their background in hospitality and customer service and that they hope the shop will become a go-to resource for local businesses and community events.
What the shop sells
The store’s online menu features grab-and-go Char-Cutie cups, picnic boxes, and grazing boards in small, medium, and large formats, with optional add-ons and gluten-free substitutions. As listed on the Graze Craze ordering site, choices include the Gone Grazey board, Grazey for Keto, The Vegegrazian, and Sweet & Grazey, along with event trays and customizable picnic boxes tailored to different crowd sizes.
Lease and build-out
Commercial real-estate firm NAI Nashville Stanton Group announced earlier this spring that it had negotiated a lease for Graze Craze at The Fountains at Gateway, covering roughly 1,331 square feet in the center. Murfreesboro building records from the City of Murfreesboro show an awning and graphics permit for the same unit issued in mid-May, confirming the storefront build-out ahead of the opening.
Where it fits locally
The Murfreesboro shop is one of several recent openings as Graze Craze pushes into suburban pickup-and-catering markets. Hoodline has tracked nearby debuts, including the charcuterie craze in Smyrna and a Pearland summer spread shop, underscoring the chain’s steady move into neighborhood shopping centers where grab-and-go grazing is starting to feel less like a trend and more like a standard party prep step.
