Level Up Treats, a veteran-owned mobile dessert trailer, rolled into town this spring and marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting on May 13. The trailer serves bubble waffles, ice cream sundaes and boba lemonades at spots around town and at private events. Owner Crystal Quinn, an Army veteran, launched the business to bring people together over fun, affordable desserts and memorable pop-up moments.

The Greater New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce lists Level Up Treats’ base at 3891 I-35 (Camping World) and includes the May 13 ribbon-cutting on its events calendar. The chamber notes the business’ new-member status and shares photos from the ceremony, marking the trailer’s official welcome into the local business community.

According to Community Impact, Level Up Treats is owned and operated by Army veteran Crystal Quinn and specializes in bubble waffles, ice cream sundaes and boba lemonades. Quinn said she was “incredibly grateful” for the support from the New Braunfels community and plans to focus on schools, neighborhoods and local events.
