
A 16-year-old boy was shot Tuesday night near the 5600 block of Lotus Avenue in St. Louis’s Wells-Goodfellow neighborhood, another reminder that parts of the city are still wrestling with gun violence. He was hit in the lower leg and taken to a hospital, where he is listed in stable condition. Police said he was uncooperative at the scene.
