Spencer, who was reportedly inside recording music at the time, was not hurt. The suspects slipped out before officers arrived, running through a back alley toward Victoria Avenue and then taking off in an unknown direction.
According to NBC Los Angeles, the LAPD told NBC4 Investigates that three men armed with an AR-style pistol and a handgun forced their way into the home at about 4 a.m. and took clothing, watches and electronics valued at approximately $200,000. The outlet reported that the suspects fled in an unknown direction and that it was not immediately clear if anyone had been injured.
