Organizers expect the residency to seat roughly 80 to 100 guests and to match the staged performances with a cohesive food and drink menu. The opening weekend leans western, with items like Pick Yer Posse Skewers, a Southwest grilled chicken salad, and Whiskey Row Alfredo pasta, plus themed cocktails, according to St. Louis Magazine.
Corey James, owner of Buddy's, told St. Louis Magazine that the collaboration "brings the best of both worlds" and grew out of his years-long friendship with Boom Boom Room owner Brandy Dunn-Callahan. James said the partnership should help make downtown more walkable and encourage hotel guests across the street to stick around for late-night entertainment.
