The outlet reports that Joe & the Juice, founded in Copenhagen in 2002, now operates hundreds of stores worldwide, including about 23 in California and 32 in New York. Its Del Mar Highlands debut comes as the center continues a steady streak of recent and upcoming tenant arrivals.
