According to WVLT, the Knoxville Fire Department posted from the scene, stating, "We are on scene of a business fire at 4704 Rutledge Pike." WVLT also reported that Tennessee Department of Transportation traffic maps showed State Route 1 eastbound and westbound marked as closed for police activity while responders worked the incident, and that officials had not released additional details as crews remained on site.
