Grill Nine, the Las Vegas Korean barbecue spot known for premium wet-aged meats and upscale all-you-can-eat tables, is eyeing a deeper move into Henderson. The brand is working on another outpost in the city, adding to a footprint that has grown from a single Decatur storefront into multiple Valley locations in recent years.
As reported by What Now Las Vegas, Affordable Tax & Accounting’s Brian J. Lee said Grill Nine is “working on a second location in the Henderson area.” The outlet also noted it reached out to owner Steven Kwon for an exact address and timeline but had not heard back by publication.
Where the New Spot Could Land
Grill Nine already lists two Valley addresses online. One is a Decatur storefront and the other is a Maryland Parkway location close to Henderson. According to Grill Nine Henderson, the Maryland Parkway spot is 9884 S Maryland Pkwy Suite #2. The company’s main site lists the Decatur address at 2540 S Decatur Blvd Ste 2, per Grill Nine.
From Sookdal To Local Mini-Chain
The brand traces its roots to Sookdal, a Decatur-area Korean steakhouse that evolved into Grill Nine as the team added premium all-you-can-eat options. As Eater Vegas noted, development on the Decatur corridor, including the arrival of H-Mart and related food-hall projects, has helped build a cluster of Korean restaurants that can support expansions like this one.
What Grill Nine Is Selling
Grill Nine presents itself as a premium all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ experience, putting the spotlight on wet-aged beef, marinated galbi and specialty cuts cooked over charcoal at the table. That positioning is spelled out on the restaurant's menu pages, per Grill Nine. The focus on higher-end cuts helps explain why diners tend to treat it as more of a splurge than a bargain buffet.
Next Steps
According to What Now Las Vegas, Grill Nine is expected to open the new Henderson location “sometime this year,” but the owner has not publicly confirmed a timeline or address. We will update this piece if the company posts an announcement or files permits that pin down a date and exact spot.
