A Monday afternoon drive along Highway 7 in Stephens County ended in tragedy when a single-vehicle rollover left two people dead, authorities said.
Crash Details
The wreck was reported around 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 7 and 6 Mile Road. Emergency crews arrived to find a westbound vehicle that had veered off the roadway and rolled an undetermined number of times before coming to rest off the road, according to KOKH.
Both occupants were ejected from the vehicle and did not survive. Authorities later identified the victims as 65-year-old Lena McQuillian and 34-year-old April McQuillian.
